Founder Sports Club runs exclusively through the FSC app

Founder Sports Club is now operated entirely inside the FSC mobile app.

Matches are released in-app only.

What this means:

• App install is required to be matched

• Monthly opt-in happens inside the app

• Meetups happen on the second Sunday of every month

• An active subscription alone does not guarantee a match (you need to opt in each month)

If you haven’t logged into the app yet, this page explains exactly how FSC works now.

Why FSC moved fully into the app

1. This change came after months of member feedback.

   Again and again, members told us the same things:

   • Scheduling was messy

   • WA group chats stalled

   • Emails got missed

   • Meetups didn’t always make it out of the inbox

   So we rebuilt FSC to remove friction and make meeting up simpler, clearer, and more consistent.

   Everything now lives in one place - the app.

What happens inside the FSC app

• Instant group chats with your matched founders

• Push notifications so nothing slips through the cracks

• Edit your profile anytime

• All new members are manually vetted for relevance and values

• Peer feedback helps keep the community active and engaged

How FSC meetups work now

• Matches are released in the app

• Groups are matched to meet on the second Sunday of the month

• Your group coordinates the activity inside the app's group chat

• All communication stays in one place

This consistency is what allows FSC to actually turn matches into real-world meetups.

Existing members: what you need to do

To keep getting matched:

1. Download the FSC app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

2. Log in using your membership email

3. Verify your details, and you’re in

Once logged in, you can opt in for upcoming months and manage everything from the app.

Why logging into the app matters

(and why we can’t offer refunds if you don’t)

All matching, opt-ins, notifications, and group chats now happen exclusively inside the app.

If you don’t log in and activate your account:

• The system can’t include you in matching

• You won’t be added to a group

• You won’t receive notifications or messages

• There’s no way for us to manually recreate the experience

Because matching is automated and app-based, missing a match due to not logging in isn’t something we can retroactively fix or refund.

This structure exists to make FSC work better for active members - not to penalise anyone.

When do meetups happen?
Matches are made for meetups on the second Sunday of each month.

What happens if I don’t log in in time?
You won’t be included in that month’s matching, as everything now runs through the app.

If I miss my match, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately not. Matching only works if you log into the app and opt in.
