It’s not a retreat built around yoga mats, breathwork, and checking out from reality. But you will slow down enough to think clearly, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with why you started building in the first place.
And it's not a traditional school camp. But you will play games that make you feel like a kid again - the kind that turn strangers into life-friends. (Village-wide hide & seek, anyone?)

Does my business need to be a certain size or stage?
Yes. All founders attending Camp Mondays run businesses in the $100k - $30M/yr range.
Do I need to be a certain size or stage?
Yes. You must meet the qualification criteria of the AOM Founder Family membership. If you're not already a member, there will be a select few non-members spots up for grabs.

Is everyone vetted?
Yes. All Founder Family members (90% of tickets) have been through a rigorous vetting process. Public tickets are by application-only. We care more about fit than filling spots.

Where are we staying?
We're taking over an entire village in Pillac, France – about 90 minutes from Bordeaux. There are 36 homes in the village, each one uniquely different. Though most of them allow for your own room, some will be shared. (we think this is the best part about a camp, though!)

We're taking over an entire freakin' village in the south of France – about an hour from Bordeaux. Calm, beautiful, and designed for focus and connection.
Is transport included?
It's on you to get to France. We'll have 2 dedicated buses driving between the village and Bordeaux airport before and after the event - optional to join!
Is accomodation included?
Yes. Accommodation during the event dates is included. So is supplies & equipment, facilitation, and many (but not all) meals.
What’s the schedule like?
Wait and see 😉 Trust us, you'll wanna clear your schedule. Expect a mixture of play, learning, deep conversations, and inspiration in many different forms.
